How we carry this service out

The steps describe what the work covers, not the order it follows.

Eligibility is checked first

Not every property supports a residence permit: what the property is, how it is registered and whose name is on the deed all matter. Whether family members need separate applications is settled at the outset too. This check comes before the file is prepared; an ineligibility discovered later costs both time and the appointment.

The file and the appointment

The application form, passport and title documents, address registration and health insurance are gathered into one file. The appointment is booked through the system, and as the date approaches the validity of each document is checked — a single expired document means the appointment has to be made again.

Renewal is the part people forget

The permit is granted for a fixed period and the renewal must be filed before it expires. The most common problem is missing that date; the reminder is ours to give, so the calendar is not left to you. On renewal, continued ownership and insurance are evidenced again.
